- Without InternetPosted on: 2006-10-03It is frustrating that we are paying for a company that you don’t know when there will be an internet/cable outage. We are very upset with this situation. We don’t have cable since yesterday; consequently we can’t do our work. We either have to run to a family member to use their internet to finish our work. We can’t wait until the problem is fixed to do our work; we have to report our work to our employers daily. We can’t rely on this company and we are paying for a service that we are not happy. I understand this is a new subdivision but why Florida Cable was chosen as a provider when there are other companies that provide better service. When their contract will be over? How long are we going to wait to get a better service or a better company?
We have to ordered Direct TV because of the frequently cable outages with Florida Cable. It is an extra expense and we should not have it when we are paying HOA monthly fee. We know we are not the only ones.
I called Florida Cable this morning and the lady told me they know about the problem and the problem will be fixed today.
This is ridiculous!!
